Steps:

2. Tomato Basil Pasta

Fresh and light, this pasta combines juicy tomatoes and aromatic basil.
Ingredients (serves 2):
- Pasta: 200g
- Fresh tomatoes: 3 medium, chopped
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Basil leaves: 10 leaves, chopped
- Olive oil: 2 tbsp
- Salt: ½ tsp
- Black pepper: ¼ tsp
Steps:
1. Boil 200g pasta in salted water for 8–10 minutes until tender, then drain.

3. Shrimp Pesto Pasta

Ingredients (serves 2):
- Pasta: 200g
- Shrimp: 150g, peeled and deveined
- Pesto: 3 tbsp
- Olive oil: 1 tbsp
- Cherry tomatoes: 6, halved
- Parmesan cheese: 2 tbsp, grated
- Salt: ¼ tsp
- Black pepper: ⅛ tsp
Steps:
1. Boil 200g pasta until al dente, then drain.
2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan, sauté shrimp with ¼ tsp salt and ⅛ tsp black pepper until pink, about 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add pasta and 3 tbsp pesto, toss until evenly coated.
4. Plate pasta, top with shrimp and halved cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle 2 tbsp Parmesan on top.
5. Serve warm, garnished with a few extra basil leaves if desired.

4. Sausage Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients (serves 2):
- Pasta: 200g
- Turkey sausage: 100g, sliced
- Mushrooms: 100g, sliced
- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
- Onion: ½ medium, diced
- Olive oil: 1 tbsp
- Salt: ½ tsp
- Black pepper: ¼ tsp
- Fresh parsley: 1 tbsp, chopped
Steps:
1. Cook 200g pasta until tender, then drain.
2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil, sauté pancetta until lightly crispy.
3. Add mushrooms, garlic, and onion, cook until mushrooms are soft, about 4–5 minutes.
4. Toss in pasta, add ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp black pepper, mix well.

- Pasta: 200g
- Bell peppers: 1 red, 1 yellow, sliced
- Zucchini: 1 small, sliced

- Black pepper: ¼ tsp
Steps:
1. Boil 200g pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.
